Lost or stolen card or PIN?

If you have lost your bank card or it has been stolen, it is vital that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can put a stop on the card and prevent further transactions from being processed.  Similarly, if you think someone may know your PIN, you should contact us as soon as possible.

 

During office hours

Call the contact centre on (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).

Visit your local branch.

When you contact us we will ask security questions to verify your identity and we will need details of the type of account you hold and the account number.  Please have these to hand.  You will find your account number on a recent statement or cheque book, if you have one.

 

Outside office hours

Call our support line. This is a dedicated 24-hour automatic answerphone for reporting lost or stolen cards. Please leave a message confirming your name, address and account number.
